The cast iron steel, brand electronic appliances, bearings and other components used in the HLMJX machine are all from Germany, Japan, Taiwan and other countries. The whole machine adopts international standard production. Its performance has reached the domestic advanced level.The control system of HLMJX adopts PLC control. The operator can input data and set relevant parameters through the equipped LCD touch screen. The equipment is also equipped with a fault indicator and an alarm system for abrasive consumption in case of failure during sheet metal processing.
HLMJX is suitable for grinding and polishing large pieces of marble and granite. The equipped frequency converter control can control the speed of the conveyor belt and the moving speed of the beam. The grinding disc pressure and grinding width can be freely adjusted within the set range according to the needs of processing.HLMJX also has the function of automatically recognizing the shape of the slab. Each disc (grinder) can be automatically raised and lowered according to the shape of the slab.

2) Processing width and working pressure of grinding heads can be adjusted freely .
3) Sensor at the entrance to scan the shape of the slabs in sequence and transmit the signal to controlling unit for precise working
