Automatic stone line polishing machine adopts PLC control system and branded electronic componets such as Mitsubishi,Schneider,CHNT etc., and has fault warning and abrasive consumption alarm system.The moving speed of conveyor belt and beam is adjustable by frequency control. This machine can recognize the shape of the slab automatically, and adjust the rise and fall of each grinding head according to the shape automatically. Meanwile, it can track and record the grinding and polishing condition of the slabs.Matchedwith different kind of grinding heads, the machine can process slabs of granite, marble and other natural or artificial stone.it's featured with easy operation, low consumption, high yield, high efficiency(about 600 m2/10h) and high quality.
1) Using PLC electrical system and LCD screen menu offer intelligent control.
2) Processing width and working pressure of grinding heads can be adjusted freely .
3) Sensor at the entrance to scan the shape of the slabs in sequence and transmit the signal to controlling unit for precise working
4) Adopting central automatic lubrication system, having all moving parts and bearings to get a good lubricating effect and longer life.
