HUALONG Multi-blade stone cutting machine
HLQY-2500 is a classic and durable bridge saw, which can cut blocks into thick or thin plates. Using Siemens PLC control system, Hiwin oil bath linear guide. Up to 18 thin saw blades can be installed.

1) Siemens intelligent PLC control system, with high degree of automation and simple operation.
2) The sliding of the main shaft adopts 4 pillars to ensure that the machine structure is stable and the lifting is stable.
3) The double-slider frame structure driven by the screw synchronously has high rigidity and stability.
4) The X-axis and Y-axis sliding systems on the linear guide and rack are all lubricated by oil bath, which can achieve stability and high output.
